Terragear v0.3.1 is out~!

This update comes with many changes, so please report issues or come up with suggestions at https://github.com/lunauii/terragear/issues.

Features:

- Credits and Info page has been reworked

   - Now more organized and looks better

   - Lists more people in Credits

- Filter section temporarily disabled as it is currently non-functional

- **Search bar functionality added**

   - You can now manually search for guides!

- **Guides added**

   - Guides now show up and can be _clickable_, expanding them.

- **Windows executable now available**

   - As it is portable, it can be run anywhere!

Bug fixes from v0.3.0 to v0.3.1

- Fixed bug that caused the most recent button to display a highlight when clicked (#1)

- Fixed **major** bug that caused Terragear to not display guides properly. (undocumented)
